These are the terms and conditions for Verify My Records. Please read carefully and agree before making a purchase to ensure the best user experience.

No Refunds

Verify My Records is a service-based program that verifies your records for employment in a service field. (i.e. house cleaning, landscaping, window washing, painting, etc.) Due to the nature of the manual labor involved in the verification process, we do not offer returns or refunds on any account setup fees.

Proof Your Order

To ensure your satisfaction, (and to prevent misspellings, or inaccurate dates) before your ID badge and verification page go live, you are given 3 chances to proofread your data for accuracy.

  1. As you create your account you are asked to proof your data before paying with a credit card.
  2. After you pay, you will receive a purchase receipt and will be asked to proof the submission and make changes at that time.
  3. After your submissions have been approved and verified, you are given a “proof window” of three days where you may make corrections and changes to your account at no cost.

Once verified your account goes live and your custom ID badge will be created, purchased, and shipped to you.

To verify the receipt of your ID Badge, we require tracking and proof of delivery.

If your badge is lost or stolen once we have received proof of delivery a replacement card can be purchased for $55. USD.

No Credits Carried Over

We don’t carry credits on accounts. (i.e. I’ll pay for 5 certificates now and upload them when I get around to it.) Pay to upload 3rd party certificates as you go. Once an order has been placed, a member of the Verify Team is dispatched to verify your request and expedite your order. Open accounts get messy and are hard for everyone to manage so we don’t do them.

No Exchanges on Certificates

Once a certificate is submitted for verification it is verified, resized, compressed, and search engine optimized for the best user experience. Adding or removing certificates starts a new change request and requires a new order form to be filled out, a new change fee, and a new dispatch agent assigned the job.

Removals and Additions

After your account goes live and your ID badge has been printed you can make changes to your account at any time for $10 per change. This includes changing phone numbers, adding a website, adding a certificate, removing a review, removing your page, reactivating a closed page, etc.
